NEW CONSTRUCTION:
We are pleased to offer free estimates for the installation of your new asphalt driveway or paking lot. Asphalt is a cost effective and versatile paving material consisting of a mix of aggregate, sand and asphalt cement. Excavation and grading are performed for best possible drainage. To insure a long lasting driveway or parking lot that will withstand heavy loads, a solid base with the correct thickness and compostion is required. Asphalt is also environmentally friendly as it is 100% recyclable. Our friendly, experienced staff will gladly answer you questions or concerns regarding your driveway or parking lot.
ASPHALT RESURFACING:
You can rejuvenate and extend the lifespan of an older asphalt driveway or parking lot by resurfacing the area with an overlay of new asphalt. This process can be done as long as the existing area is structurally sound with minimal repair work required. Do not confuse asphalt resurfacing with sealcoating.
Prior to resurfacing, all trouble spots, i.e. cracks, holes, soft spots in the existing asphalt need to be repaired. If there is considerable structural damage, asphalt resurfacing is not a viable option. Contact one of our professional estimators, and they will be able to assess your needs and recommend the best solution for your site.

REMOVAL & REPLACING:
If you have an existing driveway or parking lot that is severely damaged, the best solution to correct the problem is to remove the existing asphalt and replace it with new. Our professional estimators can determine if the base has failed and if it needs to be replaced prior to installing new asphalt.
CHIP & SEAL:
Chip seal is a more economical way of extending the life of existing pavement. The process co
nsists of spraying a liquid asphalt or emulsion binder to the properly cleaned road surface and then placing a small aggregate over the liquid asphalt or binder emulsion. A rubber-tired roller is then used to adhere the "chips" to the liquid asphalt. Any excess aggregate is then swept off the road surface.
Chip seal is used by many communities because it is about one quarter of the cost of conventional asphalt overlay and eliminates the need to crack seal. Chip seal is an effective moisture barrier and helps to protect and preserve the underlying pavement. Contact one of our professional estimators for a quote.
MILLING & GRINDING:
Ronyak Bros. Paving has available asphalt milling machines to meet the needs of our customers. Asphalt milling is the process of grinding up asphalt to lower the depth of the surface for repaving. It is used for partial and full depth repairs on failed areas. Preping parking areas before paving. Connecting new asphalt to existing pavement, and cutting swales for drainage problems. Grindings are 100% recyclable.
CRACK SEALING:
To help with the longevity of your asphalt driveway or parking lot, routine maintenance is recommended. Whether it's a driveway, parking lot, basketball court, tennis court, or a walking path, cracks will appear over time. It is recommended that these cracks be sealed to prevent pavement deterioration. Sealing the cracks helps keep water and other materials from entering the pavement, thereby preventing damage to the base. It will also help keep smaller cracks from becoming a much larger problem later on.
Our experienced staff uses only proper material and equipment necessary for a professional crack sealing job.
SEALCOATING:
Sealcoating is preventative maintenance for your asphalt driveway or parking lot. Sealcoating will protect your asphalt from gas, oil, salt and antifreeze that drip from vehicles and it will protect the asphalt from the sun's UV rays. Sealer protects asphalt with a coating that is impervious to these harmful elements. Unprotected driveways and parking lots remain porous, dry out, and lose their life rapidly. It is recommended that sealcoating be done 3 to 12 months after the paving has been done and every 2 to 3 years thereafter. Contact one of our professional estimators for a quote to sealcoat your driveway or parking lot.
PAVEMENT MARKING:
Ronyak Bros. Paving complies with the American Disability Act with regard to proper ADA markings for parking lot spaces. Contact one of our professional estimators for a quote for pavement marking of your asphalt parking lot.
